We want you to be happy with your purchases but we understand there are times when you may need to return something. If you wish to cancel we would ask that you let us know in writing, either a letter or email will do, within a period of seven days starting the day after you receive your order. You are free to inspect and try on the goods, however we would ask that you take reasonable care of anything you may wish to return. Reasonable care would include not removing the tags from items as well as avoiding any soiling or damage to the goods.
If more than seven days from the day after you received your order has passed we are still willing to accept returns for a period of 14 days after your order was received. If you wish to return goods during this period we would ask that they are as new and still in their original packaging.
You are responsible for the goods until we receive them back. For your own peace of mind we would recommend returning goods via a method which insures the value of the goods being returned.
If you are returning goods because they are faulty or we have sent an incorrect item we will cover the cost of return postage. Please contact us via email, firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone on 0808 135 0033 so we can arrange this for you. If you have simply changed your mind or are returning goods for any other reason the costs of return postage are your responsibility.
Refunds will be made via the original payment method you used for your order. If you paid via credit or debit card any refunds will go back onto the original card used.
